*MINED OUT!* Ocean Jasper from the Morovato mine is completely depleted. There is no more Ocean Jasper coming out of Madagascar. The pieces listed in my shop represent some of the last of this incredible stone. If it calls to you, grab it (and cherish it)!
ABOUT THESE PALM STONES:
This listing is for the highest quality Ocean Jasper that has ever come out of the Morovato mine. And they’re “Fish Eyes!” These are the most stunning “eyes” I’ve ever ever seen on Ocean Jasper. These palm stones are so dreamy and each one is perfect in its own way. Also called Orbicular Jasper due to the orbs of various minerals encased in the stone, these particular stones each have the “fish eye” formation that is very rare in Ocean Jasper. Finding a Fish Eye Ocean Jasper is like hitting the jackpot, TWICE! It’s the rarest formation in one of the rarest stones on the planet. These orbs are actually fully formed spheres within the jasper, and the process of mining, cutting and polishing the stone slices the sphere, leaving you with a cross section of the stone. This means you’re able to look INSIDE those orbs to see the range of color and nuances and depth of this incredible natural phenomenon. This is an amazing listing and one that I won’t have forever. Enjoy!
You will receive the exact Ocean Jasper palm stone YOU CHOOSE from the stones pictured. Please make your selection from the drop down menu.
Please remember that all stones are unique (see my note at the bottom of this listing), especially Ocean Jasper. I guarantee that these are the highest quality Ocean Jasper palm stones, truly the best of the best, and each piece is absolutely gorgeous! Enjoy!
ABOUT OCEAN JASPER
This is the stone of joy and happiness!
Also called Orbicular Jasper (due to the orbs inside the stone), comes only from two mines located on the beach in Madagascar. Both mines were found on the coast of Madagascar, just several miles apart, and mining could only occur during low tide. The mines are now completely empty – what’s out in the world is all there will be! “Ocean Jasper” is the trade name for this unusual stone – it’s actually not a true jasper, but comprised of many different minerals, such as chalcedony and agate (just to name a few) – this accounts for the wide variety of colors, shapes of the orbs, and even druzy (druze) windows of quartz that appear in some pieces – like this one!
Ocean Jasper is the stone of happiness. Just putting a piece near me instantly uplifts my mode and helps my shoulders relax. Ocean Jasper teaches us to be content and satisfied with what *is* in life. It helps release negativity while ushering in contentment, optimism and confidence. Because it’s a stone very closely related with the ocean, it guides us in accessing our emotions and expressing them in a positive way. The playful orbs and formation in Ocean Jasper give it a whimsical, joyous and childlike presence. Everyone should have a piece in their collection!
All stones and crystals in our shop have been cleansed with our natural mountain spring water (except for those that may dissolve in water, such as selenite) and have been smudged with organic white sage, harvested sustainably and produced fairly.
Please note that crystals, minerals and fossils are a natural product and are rarely perfect. I do my best to capture each side of each piece in the photos. They are creations of Mother Nature that have weathered the elements and more for untold number of years, and I cannot guarantee perfection or perfect points. These are natural objects. All photographs are taken outside, in natural sunlight, and the photos are NEVER altered.
